Out of network benefits allow you to choose the healthcare facility you want, while still having your insurance company cover most of the cost.

 Ascenza Physical Therapy & Wellness will verify your benefits, identify any limitations, and estimate the amount that your policy will cover. By assuming assignment of benefits, our billing team will manage the entire claims process and create an out of pocket cost structure that is guaranteed.
